Privacy Statement

Names, email addresses, affiliations, digital identifiers, and other information entered on this site will be used for registration, editorial communication, peer review, publication, indexing, maintenance of the scholarly record, and operation of the journal platform. The system may also record technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, and usage data, for security, system maintenance, and aggregated statistics.  
Personal data will not be sold or used for commercial marketing. It may be accessed only by those who require it for the publishing process or by technical service providers supporting the platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Information forming part of the published scholarly record, including author names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, and article metadata, may be made publicly available and distributed to indexing and preservation services.  
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to support editorial processes, preserve the integrity of the scholarly record, meet legal obligations, and maintain system security. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data that does not need to be retained as part of the publication record by contacting the portal administrator at zatara.consultant@gmail.com.
